Great company to work with. Professional, dependable, and they did exactly what they said they would do. Highly recommend Heldapay Hauling & Grading.

Cory and his team are amazing! Any land work you need I highly recommend them!

Cory and his team did an amazing job with our home demo. From the beginning to the end, there was plenty of communication. The demo was done with great skill and completed super fast. If you’re looking for someone who will get the job done reach out to Cory! Can’t thank him enough!

Heldapay come out and did a fantastic job on our grading. The guys were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us in detail what worked best for our grading needs. Would highly recommend this company.

Heldapay was contracted by our builder to do the pad for our home. They did an amazing job and had great communication through the whole process. I would 100% recommend Cory and his crew.

Cory and his team completed a 30 acre clearing job for me that I couldn’t be happier with. They were always on schedule, if anything wasn’t right they communicated quickly, so there were no surprises in the end. He installed our driveway that was nearly 2000’, has not settled or washed. Definitely recommend them for big or small jobs.

Cory with HeldaPay Hauling is top notch. Great communication, fast service and very dependable. We’ve used him for dirt, gravel and his dumpster service. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and proactive.

I highly recommend Heldapay Hauling & Grading. They produced quality work, have excellent communication and the work was completed in a timely manner. This was a great group of guys, I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Heldapay was my grader from the start of clearing my land for my new Barndominium to the end, did a great job, would definitely use him again if I need some grading done or dirt hauled in.

We are so grateful for Cory and his team. Cory is professional, prompt, and truly a kind soul. I reached out to Cory for a quote for a demolition project on a late Sunday afternoon. On Monday, he met us out on the land, and by Wednesday the job was complete. He treats his clients with so much respect, goes above and beyond, and even did a little extra than we had asked for. His pricing is by far the best in the business. We will continue to call on Cory and his team for ALL of our projects in the future. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve used Heldapay Grading on a couple of my own personal projects and on multiple builds for my company, and they’ve been solid every single time. They show up when they say they will, the work is clean, and they actually pay attention to the details. It’s just easy working with them. No drama, no runaround — they just get the job done right. I’ll keep using them and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs grading work.

Great work good price.... I recommend him. 5 stars

Cory and his team graded for a house we moved to a vacant lot. He did a great job and all of the inspections were passed without a hitch. He put in drainage and as French drain. He also created a driveway and puts down millings and leveled the yard for grass. We were tough demanding customers too. I would re ommend him hands down.

Good folks doing good work for a good price!

We had contacted several companies to come give us an estimate and Heldapay was the only one that showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. The price actually went down because they didn’t use the amount of dirt and stone they thought they would because they were able to use some of the dirt we had on our land. They ended up saving us a ton of money. Anytime we need grading, excavation, or any work done around our farm, Heldapay is the company we choose!

Heldapay did all the grading for my current home—from the initial grade to the final touches—and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He even went the extra mile by laying straw, commercial-grade grass seed, and installing my crush-and-run driveway. I’ve lived here for a year and a half now and haven’t had a single issue with standing water near the house or the drive. You can tell he planned for water mitigation from day one. My driveway has stayed compacted and still looks just as good today as the day he finished it. Highly recommend!
