Cory and his team completed a 30 acre clearing job for me that I couldn’t be happier with. They were always on schedule, if anything wasn’t right they communicated quickly, so there were no surprises in the end. He installed our driveway that was nearly 2000’, has not settled or washed. Definitely recommend them for big or small jobs.

Heldapay was my grader from the start of clearing my land for my new Barndominium to the end, did a great job, would definitely use him again if I need some grading done or dirt hauled in.

Cory and his team graded for a house we moved to a vacant lot. He did a great job and all of the inspections were passed without a hitch. He put in drainage and as French drain. He also created a driveway and puts down millings and leveled the yard for grass. We were tough demanding customers too. I would re ommend him hands down.

Good folks doing good work for a good price!

We had contacted several companies to come give us an estimate and Heldapay was the only one that showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. The price actually went down because they didn’t use the amount of dirt and stone they thought they would because they were able to use some of the dirt we had on our land. They ended up saving us a ton of money. Anytime we need grading, excavation, or any work done around our farm, Heldapay is the company we choose!

He even went the extra mile by laying straw, commercial-grade grass seed, and installing my crush-and-run driveway. I’ve lived here for a year and a half now and haven’t had a single issue with standing water near the house or the drive. You can tell he planned for water mitigation from day one. My driveway has stayed compacted and still looks just as good today as the day he finished it. Highly recommend!
